1.What kind of fandoms do you cater?
We cater all kinds of fandoms. We may be mistaken to cater only K-pop or K-drama fans because of the “Annyeong” in our shop but rest assured that we are going to cater all kinds of fandoms as much as possible.

2. What is the usual Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of your products?
The ETA of our products is for 2-3 weeks after the pre-order period ends.

3. Why does the pre-order period and ship out take so long?
Your orders would take several weeks to be completed as we order these by bulk from our supplier. We also make sure to give you quality products. Hence, we take our time to assure that your orders are produced well enough.
Surely, as soon as the orders are complete and fully prepared, they will be immediately shipped out to you in no time!

4. Can I choose COD for payment option?
Unfortunately, we do not have COD as payment option yet.

5. Can I order from outside the Philippines?
We only cater to customers nationwide. For those outside the Philippines, our expansion is yet to come. We’ll gladly stay in touch with you and update you if we ever expand our shop in other countries.
